$25 starhub SIM-only: CIS 1Y contract May2020

There should be a $5 CIS rebate. Case 5557 raised 7 Aug 2020. Another rep took my pay slip as evidence on 18 Sep and promised to call me on 21 Sep. On 22 Sep Yet another rep (Nasin) said she would tag the rebate to my number but how about the previous months?

On 8 Nov starhub hotline said a one-off $20 rebate will show up on my next bill or the following bill. Showed in Nov bill.

$25 x 12M binding contract

  • unlimited minutes + 30GB
  • CND yes but no weekend data
  • hub-club discount? no
  • termination penalty — $25/M x months remaining
  • roaming subscription $10/M is part of the $25

— in May 2021, there will be new CIS plans. Probably unlimited minutes + CND + even higher data
Doing nothing will increase monthly bill by $18.
